Behind the Barrel at Capri Cellars
We are pleased to present a new wine tasting series, Behind the Barrel, where you not only get to sample and experience the latest vintages from special wineries in the Pacific Northwest, but also get a peek behind the barrel of the artistry that shapes every vintage. Each event offers an intimate look at a winemaker’s philosophy, passion, and personality via an interactive Q&A—revealing how tradition, innovation, and terroir come together to create wines with true character and soul.
Join us at Capri Cellars on Thursday, May 7, 6:00 – 8:00 PM where we go Behind the Barrel with Travis Clark, Head Winemaker at Amos Rome Vineyard (Lake Chelan AVA). Be prepared to be dazzled by his rare story and how the terroir of Chelan brings his craft to life.
